Winterfest 2024 needs volunteers on Friday January 26 and 27 to help with this event. It can’t happen without you.
This is our biggest fundraising event of the year and it can’t happen without volunteers like you. Membership dues only cover part of the expense to keep this club going and keep our repeaters and special events throughout the year. Please volunteer today to keep SLSRC going strong.

- 5 – 8am Setup – Movers
- 6:30 – 10am Admittance Ticket Sellers
- 10am – 1pm Admittance Ticket Sellers
- 6:30 – 10am Raffle Ticket Sellers
- 10am – 1pm Raffle Ticket Sellers
- 7 – 10 am Security – Hand Stamps, Check Admittance
- 10am – 1pm Security – Hand Stamps, Check Admittance
- 8 – 10:30am Club Table
- 10:30am – 1pm Club Table
- 1 – 5pm Take Down – Movers
- Photographer
- Misc
